Have You Ever Considered Becoming a Lay Leader?

Being the Church, Laity Equipped for Discipleship

If so, your chance is now! This July, UMC is hosting a series of lay designations with accompanying training for those who want to become Certified Lay Servants, Certified Lay Speakers and Certified Lay Ministers. NCC’s own Elaine Pratt is a Certified Lay Servant and a Certified Lay Minister and would be happy to answer any question you might have about these programs. The event listed below is intended to be an informational introduction to these roles. If you feel God calling you to a more intentional ministry role as a lay person, you may want to attend.
