The Thrift Shop is a major Outreach Program of the Newmarket Community Church. The purpose of the Thrift Shop is to reach out with compassionate, caring assistance to those in need. All merchandise is donated by parishioners, friends and neighbors. We operate entirely through the generous dedication of volunteers.
To the many men and women volunteering their time at the shop, we offer an opportunity for caring people to make a contribution in the community. For our volunteers, the rewards are both immediate and enduring. Immediate rewards are experienced through direct contact with our customers. Enduring rewards come from knowing that the profits go to so many in need. If you would like to volunteer please call or email the church office.
You can find the Newmarket Community Church Thrift Shop at
10 North Main Street in Newmarket.
