Rich became our Moderator in the summer of 2016. In this role, Rich is responsible for presiding over the Quarterly and Annual meetings as well as chairing the Executive Council. In one of our recent Caller’s, Rich commented on the following: “What has struck me the most is the size of our ministry in relation to the size of our overall membership. We have just over 160 members, with a number smaller than that of active members, but we do so much within the church and out in the community. I think our ability to have such a large overall ministry speaks to the size of our hearts. We have a group of committed, passionate people who dedicate a great deal of their time and resources to benefit others; it is inspiring!” Over the past several months, Rich has been working with the Executive Council to develop a forward looking strategy for the ongoing work and ministry of this Church. Rich recently enjoyed his first mission trip to Guatemala with One Heart Mission where he assisted a local Guatemalan doctor during their clinics.
Rich and his wife, Kate, have been members of NCC for over 20 years where they raised and confirmed 3 girls (Emily, Kristin & Becky). Rich has worked at Liberty Mutual for almost 30 years. When not at work Rich enjoys time with his family. Over the years he has coached his girls in Volleyball and recently began training to be a licensed official with the NHIAA. He loves fishing and has been a chair of the Newmarket Fishing Derby for the last 10 years. He also is a Town Trustee.
