Motivated by Christ’s love, the Newmarket Community Church Food Pantry continues Christ’s work by providing food for those in need in the Newmarket area. We foster a caring atmosphere of dignity and respect. It is our prayer that those who receive the blessings of this food and love will be strengthened in body and soul.
Hours of Operation: The Pantry is open on Friday and Saturday of each week, from 10AM to 12 Noon. It is operated by volunteers and funded through a combination of community support and federal programming.
The Food Pantry operates through the generosity of many Newmarket people from the many volunteers who help stock the shelves and serve our clients with a smile to the many donations provided each week to keep the shelves stocked! If you would like to donate to the food pantry we gladly accept unopened and unexpired food items such as:
Non-perishable items: Canned veggies, beans, fruit, pasta and meats; condiments, cereal, baking items, toiletries, cleaning products, paper products, instant potatoes, rice, coffee, juice, tea, pasta, sauces, nuts, chips, cookies and candy.
Perishable items: Dairy products, eggs, meats, fresh or frozen fruits and veggies and juices.
Volunteers: If you would like to volunteer to participate in this program by donating food items or helping to distribute food, please contact the church office at 603-659-3892 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not need to be a member of the church to take part in this mission.
