Fellowship

The NCC community of faith prays together, serves together, and plays together!

Throughout each year events are planned to bring people together because being together in community means building relationships that matter and creating a sense of connection which stands the test of time.  This community is one that stands together through both the low points and high points of life; it is precious and surely a blessing to all.

To find a listing of all current activities and events, please refer to the NCC Events Calendar.

  • Prayer

If you are in need of a prayer or would like to have an opportunity to pray for others, here is how you can participate:

    • Share prayer requests in Sunday Services during prayer time

    • Send an email to Pastor Patty – pastor@newmarketchurch.org

    • Call the church office: 603-659-3892

    • Post your prayer request to the NCC Behind the Cross Facebook Group, (everyone who is part of the Sunday services community is invited to join this group).

  • A Course in Miracles

Nancy Peacock leads this group via video call every Monday 5:45 – 7:00 PM

A Course in Miracles (also referred to as ACIM or the Course) is a 1976 book by Helen Schucman.

It is a curriculum for those seeking to achieve spiritual transformation.

The underlying premise is that the greatest “miracle” is the act of simply gaining a full “awareness of love’s presence” in one’s own life.

To join the group, please contact Nancy at nap.peacock@comcast.net

  • Scripture Chat

Pastor Patty leads this group in a hybrid model via video call and onsite at NCC every Wednesday 2:00 - 3:00 PM

Learning about faith and the spiritual path is a lifelong process which is much more fun and interesting to share with loving and understanding people!

Everyone is welcome to join an inspirational/devotional exploration of the Bible.

No study or materials are required. If you have your own bible, bring it along, if you don’t, Pastor Patty has plenty to share.

  • NCC Men’s Breakfast Gathering

Peter Naitove leads this group on the First Saturday of each month 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

All NCC guys, (and you can bring a friend if you’d like) are invited to join in for breakfast, connection, and fellowship in the NCC fellowship hall. In addition to a hearty breakfast, it’s your opportunity to meet, eat, and connect with other NCC men.

  • Ukulele Strum Circle

Anyone who plays or wants to learn how to play the ukulele is invited to this easy-going, lighthearted music social. No experience necessary! We will have you strumming and singing in no time!

Meet up in the NCC Lounge.

  • Coffee and Conversation

Everyone is invited to join in Coffee and Conversation in the Fellowship Hall every Sunday after church services.
